The cam chain needed to be replaced - during disassembly it was determined that the chain had worn the teeth on the cam sprocket down to smooth nubs.
Also, the cylinder was scored and one of the rings "welded" itself to the piston
So, the cylinder needed to be bored out (0.25 over stock) and new piston, rings, valves, new cam chain, and cam tensioner were needed.
Finally, all buttoned up and ready for a second case cleaning!
