Swing Arm Bushings

I was able to obtain NOS  SL90 swing arm bushings, which is a good thing because the original bushings (plastic) in the swing arms on both bikes could not be salvaged.  I used the NOS plastic bushings as the templates for machining bronze (oil impregnated) replacement bushings.  The bronze bushings are a little shorter than the plastic, but the bronze set are a big improvement over the stock version.  The photo shows the bronze bushings next to one of the black plastic bushings.  

A really quick way to remove the plastic bushings is to put the swing arm in the powder coating oven - they melt into a little puddle...
