Polishing Aluminum

I decided to polish (rather than powder coat) the wheel hubs for my red SL90 project.  I also decided to have the polishing done professionally to see how they would look compared to my home polishing.

Here's the typical oxidized vintage Honda rear wheel hub.  

Here's the hub after professional polishing.

Almost looks like chrome.  The hub is so shiny it might be almost "too much" compared to factory stock.  Nonetheless, I like the results!
